Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms govern all sales made on villarose.store. Placing an order implies their acceptance.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Photographs are as faithful as possible.

3. Order and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. Payments are secured through Shopify Payments and the other providers enabled on the site. Villa Rose has no access to any banking data.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 7 to 10 business days depending on the destination, tracked. Delivery costs €4,90.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Return shipping is at your expense. The item must be returned unworn, in new condition, with its tags attached.

6. Guarantees

All items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.

7. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
