Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Your order is dispatched within 24 to 72 hours, then takes 7 to 10 business days to reach you. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

How much is delivery?
Tracked delivery is €4,90 worldwide and free from €150. To the United States and Canada it is €19,90.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us right away at team.villarose@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's shipped, we're not able to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, everywhere. The cost is shown at checkout based on your destination.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Every dress has its own size guide, with the real garment measurements in centimetres and inches, size by size. Measurements vary between styles, so always check the guide on the dress you're looking at rather than assuming your usual size.

I'm between two sizes — what should I do?
Size up for a comfortable fit, size down for a sculpted, close-to-body look. Our dresses are corseted, so they're designed to hold their shape.

What if my dress doesn't fit?
You have 14 days from delivery to return it. See the question below for how returns work.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return a dress that's unworn, unwashed, with its tags still attached. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return address.

Who pays for the return?
Returns are received by our atelier partner, so the parcel travels internationally. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and that cost isn't refunded. The full price of the dress is refunded to you once we receive it. If the dress arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return in full.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Can I exchange instead?
Yes. Tell us when you request your return and we'll set your replacement size or colour aside while your parcel is in transit, subject to availability.
