Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind. This is your legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, and it applies to every order.
1. Request your return
Email us at team.villarose@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. Pack it up
The dress must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags still attached and in its original condition.
3. Ship it back
We'll email you the return address and instructions within 24 hours. Returns are received by our atelier partner, so the parcel travels internationally. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and the cost of sending the parcel back is not refunded. We recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
4. Get your refund
The full price of the dress is refunded to you, to your original payment method, within 14 days of us receiving it. If you prefer, you can ask for store credit instead.
Eligible for return
- Unworn, unwashed dresses
- Original tags still attached
- Requested within 14 days of delivery
Not eligible
- Dresses that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Tell us when you request your return and we'll set your replacement aside while your parcel is in transit, subject to availability.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a dress arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo within 14 days. In that case we cover the return cost in full — the rule above only applies to a change of mind.
