Order processing

Your order is prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it ships, with a tracking link.

Tracking your order

Every order is tracked. Once your parcel leaves us, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door. It can be checked on 17track.net.

Shipping cost

Tracked delivery is €4,90 worldwide, and free from €150. Delivery to the United States and Canada is €19,90. The exact cost is always shown in full at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery time

Once your parcel has shipped, allow 7 to 10 business days, wherever you are. Delivery times are indicative and don't include customs delays, which are outside our control.

Delivery issues

• If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbours or your building's front desk first.
• Email us at team.villarose@gmail.com and you'll get a reply within 24–48 hours — we'll help sort it out.
• We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped, so please double-check your address at checkout.
